This is an bootleg of Shadow Dancer for the Sega Mega Drive. It comes with a box. There is a sticker on the box and as well as some damage to the plastic box's one corner.
 
This cartridge is interesting as the game's name has been translated into Chinese, which can be seen on the spine of the box.
 
Everything is tested and works fine, as can be seen from the screenshots.
