The machine itself works fine. This is an NTSC machine.
 
The game machine has an 86 in 1 game cartridge built inside - do not load a game into the cartridge slot, and the multicart will load. There are many interesting games built in, such as Tussle Maze, Rescue Kuck, Bandits, Gardman, and Frog Prince, a Super Mario Bros. hack.
 
Included is just the base unit itself - no cables or controllers are included.
