This is a bootleg cartridge of Power Blade for the Famicom. The cartridge contains chips. The label on this cartridge has some damage. This is the North American version of the game, Power Blade, rather than the Famicom Power Blazer game.
 
Everything is tested and works fine, as can be seen from the screenshots.
